what is your opinion about electric shock collar for dogs to make them behave properly?
e-collar is a recent technology creation that helps keep Collar Dogs dog under control when he misbehaves, acts hyper, barks excessively, shows aggression, etc etc.would you use it on the neck of your dog or should it be used for training and other things? manufacturers of e-collar say that the shock to the dog's neck is very mild and is harmless.
