This AMICI pizza shop(semi-club like) at 88 third avenue (212-979-9686) in NYC made us crazy. They play heavy metal drum beating type music all day and all nights. In the evenings, the late it gets, the loud they play their heavy metal disco/club music. Yesterday they played until Avenue Retractable 5:00am in the morning, and they resumed their business and hence the music at 8:00am in the morning. We as neighbors and residents felt heat pounding by their music. We have talked with the shop guys in vain, and many of us have complained to 311 numerous times, but they just continue all-year round. The police seems didn't come at all, once the service feedback from 311 is that the police said no action is neccessary -- probably for that night, they stopped earlier than 5:00am and the police came late and found no music. We thought we should seek help from the Internet communities, who may be smarter than we are. What shall we do? We are all busy and we probably have to raise lawsuit. Why doesn't the police?

The best I can suggest is to consult with an attorney to see what your options are. Perhaps there are noise ordinances that are being ignored. Maybe just a letter from an attorney would be enough for them to say “we don’t need the legal hassle”. But, they could be real stubborn about it and not change a darn thing. The police probably consider it a civil matter, and are just too busy with more pressing matters, but if it takes a judge to enforce you and the other residents rights to have a peaceful environment, then take whatever steps are necessary to accomplish this. Google maps has bus route and times if you put in both address. I use it to get around everywhere.

there are several bolts or screws in the door panel they may have plastic covers over them The arm rest also has a couple which are secured to the door probably a 3/8 or 10mm Check your switch first it may be shorted ,, The switch just pops out Good luck
